Coaching continued... Even those of us who have done much in terms of personal and spiritual development and therapy have our problem areas or blind spots. It's invaluable to have someone else who will ask, prod, inspire and catalyse the process for you to discover your own wisdom and knowing. Why choose me as your coach? I will endeavour to create the appropriate space for you to feel safe to share your dreams/visions/desires/hopes/feelings with me, and yet stretch you beyond self-limitations and personal 'old stories' that no longer serve you. I do not tolerate self-limitation or playing small when it is not you or what you truly need or want. Through my methods of facilitation you will be guided to discover/know/remember and be who you truly are - to establish and live as fulfilling and creative a life as you can... I will encourage, celebrate, AND be honest and challenge you... I will call you on it whenever I feel/hear your self limitations and saboteur are taking charge... I will be there for you in the very best way I can in your coaching journey. And I have a wealth of experience over many years of diving deep into human development, spiritual enquiry, therapy and many trainings that support me in my coaching technique, and in my coaching of you. How does the coaching take place - the logistics I highly suggest two sessions a month for at least 3 or 4 months to provide adequate exploration and depth to the process, with an organic 'allowing' within this. Incidentally, clients often choose to go on much longer. Each session is between 40-55 mins in length (length by prior agreement) and generally over the phone (I have much experience with this and have found that it is often MORE effective than face-to-face). I also coach in person and am happy to either receive you here at my home or travel if needs be (with some conditions in place for this last situation to occur). I do ask clients to sign a guideline contract before we commence as a commitment to the process, and you can cancel this with a two week notice period if needed. The fee is paid monthly in advance unless other arrangements have been agreed between us. Rates My standard rate for 2011 is £70 per month (for two 45-55min sessions). I do have a higher rate for those on high incomes who feel a higher exchange will provide added incentive! I am always happy to discuss what will work for you and I am also open to discussing concessionary rates if required. I always provide at least one place in my schedule for someone who requires lower rates so please speak to me on this directly. I encourage a ‘taster’ session on the phone for free (30-35 mins) - where you come with a subject for us to explore. This provides you with some experience of how I work, and provides me with some introduction to how you think/feel and how I may be of assistance to you. I also appreciate a face-to-face 'discovery' session early on in our working program (1 hour+) this is slightly different in its format to our usual coaching sessions and will be charged at the standard rate. However if a face-to-face session is not possible (I do successfully coach folks overseas) then we can do a similar process on the phone. Why not give it a try?
