STARTING SPRING 2012.
Each month we will explore through, sound,
movement chanting, inner ‘work’ and creative enquiry an energy centre / chakra,
rising up through the 7 levels of consciousness we discover the 7 sounds of
love.
(Total of 8 afternoon
workshops through the year).
So often our spiritual
practices have provided pathways for us to leave, to inhabit the realms of
spirit and so avoid being here in a body. This is a journey of arriving,
bridging to our higher wisdom and bringing that into our bodies, so we can be
fully resonant and present. We do not need to leave or be somewhere else..
At this time in our
evolution it is about BEING fully present
here NOW.
Jules will guide and facilitate the
workshops, so you find your inner knowing and sound wisdom. By connecting into
and experiencing your own healing vibrational sound
medicine you can align your energy body and raise your vibration, whilst
staying fully present in your body.
This will be an
adventure, a doorway and a joyful journey for you to arrive home –
